Who we are

Ironside Angle is a service-disabled veteran-owned consulting firm representing the interests of commercial property owners and tenants through every phase of a construction or renovation project. Our team brings over 40 years of combined experience across corporate management, project management, contract administration, and Manhattan commercial construction, giving clients a single point of representation from pre-construction through closeout.

We work exclusively for the owner. Our role is to represent the owner's interests and advocate for delivery in accordance with the project scope, schedule, and budget, while the owner retains full decision-making authority without having to manage the complexity directly.
